I'm trying to remove items from an order and I get a 404 error.

HTTP Error 404
404 Not Found

The page you requested https://www.bricklink.com/retractOrderItemEdit.asp was
not found on this server.

This is a very large order and need this fixed ASAP!

Bricklink loves to throw that error up when an input is wrong so try double checking
all of the inputs on the page. Or if the item itself isn’t expensive then just
refund the buyer and save the hassle of the item removal request as unless it’s
expensive the several Pennys saved in fees isn’t worth it

Have you checked that the order status is not packed and also the payment status
as none?
