Not to find on building instructions, use of them does not make sense on any of the three fire trucks, fire station building only consists of black and white bricks (except for the red windows).

The sealed box came with these printed bricks. Ask TLG how they made sense for
including them?

OK, thanks a lot for your reply. As I never had the opportunity to check a previously
unopened set, I certainly cannot claim that these three bricks were not contained.
I only can tell that I have two pre-owned of these sets and in none of them the
three bricks were to be found. However, there seem to be so many differences
between instruction , pictures on the box and the actual content that it is absolutely
hard to find out what is correct.
So I will cancel the request. Thanks for the information!
