My MISB copy has an additional extra Red brick 1x1, total 3 in the box. This looks weird, as those are not usually given as extras. Only 2 are used to build the model. Central europe, purchased last week.
Can anybody confirm extra red 1x1 in their box?

We can chalk this one up to a packing error, so the change request will not be
accepted.

Is that a thing that happens? Extra bricks in box? I feel sorry for someone who
got set with the red 1x1 missing.
Do I close the topic somehow, or it gets autoclosed?

Yes, it happens. Machines aren't perfect.

That would not necessarily be the case, but TLG has the customer service team
available for just such events if they do happen.

The actual requests were discarded behind the scenes, but the thread of messages
actually stays open forever so that us admins can look back on any information
that may be important sometime in the future.
