I ordered the cardboard sleeve 6421481 via PAB which comes in set 10316 and it
contains cape 522c in dark brown (on the left side).
I have a few of the same cape (on the right side) in stock which are slightly
brighter but this cape in reddish brown comes with minifigure coltlbm16 only
so I doubt mines are actually reddish brown from 2017 but I can't really
decide since I don't have their cardboard sleeves anymore. Does color inconsistency
a thing for capes too?
Anyone has minifigure coltlbm16 and a minifigure from the list below which comes
with dark brown to compare please?

Capes are not very consistent even when comparing the two sides of a single cape.
I've just checked a reddish brown cape from Cave Batman. One side is close
to reddish brown. The other is much darker, not as dark as dark brown but definitely
darker than reddish brown.
Are the ones you have definitely the 3.9cm ones and not the 4.0cm ones?
