I wrote a message to BrickLink to allow offsite payment methods because I meet
all the conditions. I also received an automated reply with a ticket number,
but that was more than a week ago. Nothing has happened since then, they don't
answer. Should I send another email? Or does it take this long for them to
respond? Can anyone help me with how this works? Thank you very much!

Try your store settings if it's possible to add another payment method.

Unfortunately, yes, it does take them a very long time to respond.
