ask the seller to disconnect and reconnect their PayPal. it's a weird issue
that's been happening lately but that seems to fix it in at least some cases
I keep trying to pay for my order but it keeps saying transaction canceled. I've
checked all my info and my accounts. Please help
Are you actually located in Oregon ? I ask because the four FB suggest you might
be in the EU, and using an Oregon based reshipper. This could have an impact
on who you can buy from (as some sellers have their payment acceptance set to
block cross-border transactions).
