I have been a BL member for quite some time and in the last year received a negative
then a neutral feedback. And from guess who? Brand new members. Through the
help of an elder statesman I was able to contact these new members and explain
to them the implication of a single negative or even a neutral feedback. Luckily
they both were removed. I would recommend anyone to use a third party as intermediary
to intervene in these circumstances.

That was really nice of popsicle to do that for you but it doesn't surprise
me that he did. Just from reading the forum posts he seems like the kind of guy
that would do that. When he offers advice to others it is always kind and helpful
without criticism.

He is doing great. He really is a wonderful dog. As far as the name goes well
first a little background. A fer months months prior to getting Skragle I had
lost in death a Jack Russell terroir (which I, with a great sense of original
thinking, I named him "Jack" and as time went by a friend convinced
me to go to the pound and see about getting another dog. When I went there I
knew I wanted to at least get a terroir mix because of Jack. When I was walking
down one of the rows of kennel cages a scraggly dog jumped up to get my attention
and it was like love at first site. That scraggly look just pulled at my heart
strings and to top it off he looked like he had terroir in him.
I brought him home and I can still remember, he jumped up to get my attention
so Iwent down on one knee and he just buried his head in my chest and we just
totally bonded from that point forward - we became mostest bestest friends for
life.
Okay, back to the name. Like I said before, I really wanted his name to some
how be Lego related and so I thought, what is one thing I really love about him?
The answer was obvious - his scraggly hair so I came up with the name "Skragle".
And when you take the "S" off what do you end up with?? You end up with
an all powerful supper weapon featured in the first Lego movie.

Beautiful. Brought tears to my eyes, don't mind saying. Thanks for sharing
the backstory. Gonna share it with my daughter who also loves dogs, tonight at
dinner.

I’d have thought it was because he always followed you around, like a “pot de
colle” (glue pot / clingy person).

Well actually he does follow me around all the time and he can be very clingy.
He is always with me or at least waiting in the car. Which means I only go out
to eat at places that have patios where dogs are allowed. All of my vacations
revolve around him being able to go. In fact I can literally say that throughout
the year he is left home for a total of less then a days worth of time.
