I reported 2 listings for the same minifigure last week.

Minifig No: poc006  Name: Angelica
*
poc006 (Inv) Angelica
Minifigures: Pirates of the Caribbean
The listing states it comes with a white plume and not the rare dark tan one,
which is most of the value.
Should I have reported them? I assumed they are incomplete.
Typically how long before an action is taken?

Normally I would just ignore and move on, but the listing prices are over double
of what the parts you get sell on average for.
I don't think these were listed maliciously, just seems like relatively new
members not knowing.

Yes it’s good to report those. Usually it dosnt take to long, maybe a couple
days tho I’ve never timed it

It is fine. Bricklink admins decide whether to remove an item or not so even
if you are unsure, reporting an item does not mean it will be removed and does
no harm if it is not going against the rules as BL makes the decision to remove
it.

But you are right, these are not complete minifigures and should be reported.
