Starting a few days ago, ShipStation via paypal is no longer showing me a Priority
Mail option for small 4oz parcels. Instead, I can now choose between Select Ground
(4 days) and First Class (2 days) - *at the exact same price*.
Does this sound correct? I can now ship 2 days faster for the same price? Previously
2 day shipments was "priority" and cost much more, and first class was
not an option for parcels.
Or could this be a ShipStation error?

As far as I know First Class parcels no longer exists

USPS Priority Mail never had a 4-oz rate. Most all PM rates are by the pound,
other than one specific flat rate which might have an 8-oz rate.
FCPS is gone, and is now part of Ground Advantage. Any place still showing FCPS
is badly out of date. (FCPS not to be confused with First Class Letter, which
still exists)

ShipStation shows a pile of incorrect shipping options and tries desperately
to get you to randomly choose UPS.
Ground Advantage is literally the only method you need. Just select it and ignore
the rest.
And you should probably update your shipping methods here on BL.
