No - as every of the 15000 sellers are different entities, different Terms and
in many different countries / currencies...
Some shops, like mine but not only - provide automatic discount and/or coupons
for the next order, some free shipping, etc.
Simply pick the ones you like and put them in your most favorites list, or on
bookmark, a piece of paper, etc;

Bricklink could give a 5% coupon or money off voucher for every purchase but
to fund that they'd probably need to increase fees by at least that to fund
it, so sellers would increase their prices to cover the fee increase. So yes
you could get 5% off but it will cost you 10% more.
