gets to me, it is not too beat up....
Omg 😂 I’ve never seen that happen before, that’s crazy! Hopefully it does get
to you in good shape though. It’s like no one facility wants to be responsible
for it…

I had this happen a couple of years ago. My package bounced from Pennsylvania
to Columbus and back several times, they even tried to deliver it to a non-existent
address in Columbus. I finally called and the post office in Columbus and a
wonder worker there explained that it had something to do with a bar code that
was put on at the original post office. She helped me get it right and I got
my package, none the worse for wear.
We have noticed this happens more often since 1st Class became Ground Advantage
along with the slower delivery times
Even with International, Milissa?
I just assumed it to be an inbound International Registered Package. Protocol
calls for them to be locked-up during transit. In my experience, a percentage
of USPS personnel are simply stymied by the how-to in handling these little pain
in the butts A few European vendors especially, still prefer this service.
Just an assumption though, not knowing the particulars...
