Can I ask how it got paid without you quoting on it? Didn't you send an invoice?

Honestly i think you should send out the order and take the shipping loss.
Having instant checkout available, with wrong shipping cost is a mistake on your
end.
Obvious you should either turn it completly off , or atleast untill the shipping
cost are correctly implemented. But on the current order , i think you should
take the loss.
As this is a mistake originated not with the customer.

The status of the order must be changed from paid to packed or ready...
