I was watching the football now I’m watching something far more exciting.
Never knew watching paint dry was so exciting.
It is a cunning rouse, slowly getting everyone else to believe that England are
crap to make them complacent so we can shock them and unexpectedly win. The
FA have been doing it for 50 years, it is a long game.
Can’t see them getting past the first stage, no punch up front, missing midfield
and poor defence, otherwise fine.
Might get prize for number of back passes, passes in own half, overhit final
ball and attempts at shooting at the corner flag/out of the stadium.
Footballs coming home.

I assume you are watching the game with the black & white round ball. Try watching
American football as it has much more action/strategy.
Never been a typical "sports fan" But always enjoyed watching both football
(American) and soccer.
Played Rugby myself as a younger man overseas. That is until I got in trouble
for not performing as expected due to the injures and general soreness sustained
from the games and practices. So yeah, it's brutal. Had to eventually quit
my South African buddy's team, which he never forgave me for

Black and white ball? I've not seen one of those in play for years only the
ball and game have developed a lot since then with things becoming a lot more
professional

If you want to see REAL action, go watch Australian Rules Football, the physicality
of that game (or for that matter, the physicality of the kind of Rugby they play
here in Oz) is much better than what they play over there in the USA IMO.
