When searching for items is there a way of excluding PayPal only stores. I don't
have or want a PayPal account so only want to see payment options for Stripe
(Card payment) only.

Not sure what you're saying about searching for items, anyway here at least
you can filter on USD and "Credit/Debit (Powered by Stripe)" for example:

No. If you refuse to use PayPal at all then you are probably better off using
ebay as PayPal is not the dominant payment provider there any longer. Whereas
here, it is dominant.
You can often use PayPal with a card only without signing up for an account,
although whether that is for all sellers / orders here I don't know. It is
much easier to get an account though.
Why do you not want a PayPal account but will use Stripe? As they are both very
similar to each other when it comes to their terms.

Last I heard, you can still pay for Paypal invoices sent without having a Paypal
account. Check into it, you may be limiting your shopping options for no good
reason.
I'm new but I ordered just a couple days ago, using my debit bank card, now
ALL my Carts are PayPal only...frustrating, I DO NOT have and DO NOT want PayPal...so
I guess I'll never order from Bricklink again...waste of my time.

But why don't you want PayPal?
Back in the days, far before it became a Bank, around 2000, PayPal had an history
of justified (or not) complains.
Since then - and as much I see problems on Forum of bad sellers incenting to
use SEPA/IBAN - I really can see no valid reason for a buyer NOT to use PayPal,
as they're protected in say 99% of the cases (while SEPA almost 0%).
Much more there's no cost for the buyer - if they refuse to accept converting
currency, and avoid shops with "PayPal fees" which aren't legal in
many places anyway...
As a seller, while it costs me a lot, but I really would encourage Buyers to
use PayPal or Stripe.
