So is this set excluded from the catalog because it was "recalled/cancelled"?

Think it was a GWP in 2021...I just obtained a sealed copy...not looking to sell
but curious why something can't be added to the catalog and at the same time
prevented from being sold? This way the information is preserved, but actual
sales won't happen...

Thoughts?

Seems (from a NON computer science guy) a relatively easy thing to do. Like
having a brick and mortar store and a locked, glass display cabinet.

It's very simple. The site (i.e. The LEGO Group) will not allow us to add
unreleased items to the catalog any longer.
