Received these 2 pieces in a bulk lot. They were attached to other Lego parts
but I have never seen them before and can't ID them. Does anyone know if
these are Lego and what is the part?

Thanks

I recommend using Google Lens or other image recognition systems. In few seconds
I got the results: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=66832#T=P&C=89
