Hi, I need to change my email address but when I go through the changing process
I'm told it will send a confirmation code to my current email, which I no
longer have. Is there an alternative way or will I have to create a new account,
losing all my current settings etc. Cheers for any advice/help.

Try contacting the Help Desk both ways, with your account with the form and with
your new email explaining the the problem:
