Hi,

I uploaded my OSS confirmation letter from the German Tax Administration. I do
not get the OSS Number from my administration and I only have to use my VAT ID.
1 week after I uploaded everything in the shop management of bricklink the EU
Costumers still complain that they can´t checkout their orders. What else should
I do?

Maybe you need to wait a bit longer as they need to verify your details, you
can try to contact the Help Desk to check if all the settings are correct:
