Trying to close a fraudulent NSS claim, but when I submit a helpdesk ticket I
don’t get any confirmation email. It’s been over 24 hours. Is there anything
I can do? If I recall correctly the helpdesk often has issues with confirming
tickets but I don’t remember what the bypass was
I don't think they're even trying anymore. I submitted one months ago
and have never received any email or ticket number. My problem was a minor one,
so it could be that they're swamped and are only taking care of the major
problems.
