You’ve just got the cut them a little slack, I know it’s majorly annoying but
that’s how it is. It’s also like what UTLF was saying, they’re (I suppose) understaffed
and lacking resources. (Despite being bought by LEGO 🤷♂️)
Sending 10-20 messages per day is effectively spamming/clogging the system even
more thus reducing the likelihood you get a response.

For your sake, you better hope they don't run a queuing system where the
last email received determines the order of response, like if you deal with emails
received in order of earliest received that hasn't been answered or updated.
