Part No: 80477 Name: Technic, Pin with Bar and Tow Ball, 3L
* 		80477 Technic, Pin with Bar and Tow Ball, 3L
Parts: Technic, Pin {Dark Bluish Gray}
I say suspiciously because
yours is solid and doesn't have the notches on both sides that allow the
end to flex and push in to a hole. Are you sure it's LEGO?

Probably not, it has no technic pin and the ball doesn't fit into a a socket.
No idea where i got this.
