How many negative feedbacks are needed before someone is unregistered?

A certain user (1001 bricks may know of who I speak of) went around requesting
invoices and then not paying, which is not a big deal but, he was unresponsive
when asked if he wanted to pay or cancel.

Over all this guy ordered from over 20 stores and by the time his buying privileges
were revoked, he had wasted the time of 2 dozen stores.

If the buyer's buying privileges were revoked, then there's no real need
for them to be unregistered. He shouldn't be able to bother sellers with
fraudulent orders anymore.

There is no known maximum.
Apart if assorted with NPBs - as we all know.

And how much "how many"? A 1000 orders buyer having had 10 negatives
during his membership or a certain period can be (and probably is) one of the
best buyers!

But a recent buyer with 15 orders and 10 negatives probably isn't

Only BrickLink can make a deep statistical analysis of buyers FB related to the
quantity of problems Administration have to fix, and then determine who 'behaves'
and who doesn't...

And if all this is worth (apart blatant bozos at -20 FB), because, see below...

Wasted time?

I've NEVER worked before having received full payment, since 2006.
It was our second decision after the shop name.

So remains taking 1 minute to make an invoice.
It's not really wasted time...

Otherwise what would you do else? Like to post in forum?

I get the impression some sellers leave "NPB" as feedback but without
actually filing one.

While seeing many "NPB" in the feedback texts?
I don't know.

Or... some (like me) use a generic text for feedbacks, and some have set "NPB"
in the text of all their negatives?

I must admit, it doesn't help in this case

There certainly is an issue for sellers that have to go through the process of
making invoices and/or sorting for orders that are never coming through. On the
buyer side though, having your time wasted is an equally frustrating affair.

With some combination of restrictions, mostly the 'minimum average lot price'
it can be very hard to actually complete an order if the store does not have:
1. a reasonable amount of higher priced individual items that you need (animals,
minifigs, sets)
2. Very high quantities of items that you need.

I've had coutless times while making an order, sometimes being 30-60 minutes
in, carefully selecing sometimes over 300 individual parts and only then realizing
I can never complete the order for this store. The parts are too cheap to fulfill
the minimum average lot price and the quantities are way too low to compensate
for this.

This happened to me twice at the same store and I sent the store a very courteous
message inquiring why they had such measures in place and how they expect people
to work around this. It's been over a week and they haven't even read
the message.

As store owners in this discussion, maybe one of you can shine a light on this?
