put as hazard material when being shipped

If they have batteries remove them but otherwise I havnt had issues sending the
parts themselves

In the USA the Motors are good to ship as-is, but anything with lithium batteries
need special stickers and packed a specific way. I had to do this when shipping
some EV3 kits.
