I listed wrong version of an item and notice it right before sending it to buyer.
I offer that item for free but the other version is not needed by buyer so I
need to do my first refund as a seller.
I see there is "issue refund" in order field but it says there is technical
problem and I can't proccess the payment. I could do refund on PayPal but
theres less money cause of the fees.
Please anyone can help what to do? I already made support ticket but I don't
want to let the buyer wait for her money because of my mistake. Maybe anyone
here experienced the same issue before?

Double check on PayPal if the refund went through.
I’ve had that error as well but it still worked.

Explain the problems to the buyer on the Bricklink site and ask for patience.
