| Hi All,
If the order status has been changed to COMPLETED, how do you change it
back to say PACKED?

| | only they buyer can and they only have a few days or else it cant be changed |

| Seller can't change it back, only the buyer can.

You can also contact the Help Desk but I'm sure the buyer will get the parcel
earlier than you getting a reply
