| Just found this on a minifigure. It’s about the size of a thumbtack, and it’s
perfectly centered. It doesn’t go all the way through. What do you guys think
caused it?

The spot where the sprue mark would be, but the mold didn't quite fill full.

Sometimes a bit more plastic comes off when a piece is removed from the sprue.
