My store godt suspended last week with only two NSS. The only two I ever have
had. Is down to one now and this is only because off a buyer who wants two be
the big boss after he got a refund.
No response from admin.
Just normal ?

Where is this relevant? Have seen when they are from and from which buyers? Then
it will give you a better understanding

I can see why you would point this out, but of the 7 total neutrals, 1 was from
2011, another 2 from 2012, 1 from 2014, 1 from 2015 and another from 2016. Only
1 is recent (Oct 2023). The most recent of the 3 negatives was from 2019.

It really couldn't. I ship my orders promptly and can demonstrate that I
have. Same goes for the hundred or so different sellers I've bought from
in my time here, whether new stores with single-digit feedback or established
ones with 10k+.

Refund your buyers and show customer service the proof, that is the quickest
way to remove the NSS and have your store back up.

Some times people will just do dumb things to be cruel.
Even though you did nothing wrong, eg.package was destroyed in transit.
