Hello everyone, sorry for my ignorance, but I am still fairly new to the Lego
world.
Who can tell me the difference between stone 4070 with and without a lock? and
which one is with a lock and which one without a lock? and does it also have
a function with building?

I’m guessing you mean slot in English.

There is no difference in function and the slot was just a production variation,
once separated into two distinct parts but later merged as slot serves no purpose.
