I have logged a ticket with Bricklink, but where can I see that ticket? Also
never got any confirmation that they received it. Just went into a dark hole.

Since the integration with the award-winning LEGO help desk, the helpdesk subsite

Thanks for confirming. I appreciate your answers here and on the VAT thread.
BL should implement Zendesk or something. A marketplace of this size, owned
by a company like Lego, really cannot be so amateur in their customer support.
Zendesk is dirt cheap as well.
