We've had these two brown rifles with our Lego for over 20 years, they look
like part 30141, but they don't have any logo or numbers, are they fake?
The bottom one is part 30141, reddish brown.

Seems that it wasn’t part of any set in brown and only one in reddish brown from
2011.

I’ve seen early one’s without Lego logo.

They don't look real to me. However additional photos would be needed to
make a decision.
The trigger loop looks off, the sights are inconsistent, no circle mark underneath
the hammer.

I think they're probably fake. The plastic slag on the shoulder stocks isn't
something I've seen on any of the rifles.

The top two both show signs of mold flashing on the stock, and therefore might
be convincing fakes or third party custom items. Either way, it means they are
not genuine LEGO and should not be sold on this site.
I recall a lot of weapons made by "brick arms" or some similar sounding
site, a long time ago. The top two are likely from them or another custom weapons
manufacturer.

ghyde
Brickarms does not copy Lego weapons. Most likely a Chinese made knock-off.

If you've had them for that long, I'd rather vote for genuine - Lego
parts without logo were a thing in the 20th century, and the really well-made
fakes, barely distinguishable from the originals, seem to me a more recent problem.
But that's just my feeling, would need a more serious Lego historian to put
a verified date to that...

If they were in production colours, I'd agree. But these are non-production
colours for that age.
