Sorry, I misread this text. I thought the comparison was for a part without the
LEGO on the studs.

I agree with edk and disagree with jennnifer. That inverted slope definitely
IS LEGO, and as edk said, it's an older one. It's normal for that particular
inverted slope to have those hollow studs with the thicker walls if it's
from 40+ years ago.
