| long time buyer with all positive feedback. i never sell my Lego but looking
to sell one set i have. how can i sell this one item here? any suggestions? not
looking to start a store. this may be the only thing i sell here?

Opening a store is the only way you're allowed to sell here. There's
nothing wrong with opening a store and only selling one set though. After that,
if you want to leave your store empty, you can.

Are you expecting to get an exceptional authorization 
Other marketplaces are there for this.

You can find a store willing to trade you goods they have for your item plus
or minus a cash value, as long as the "sale" transaction happens within
BrickLink market, and both parties are amenable to it, this has been acceptable
in the past.
Example, I have a minifgure that a store would be willing to pay me $20 for,
I see something in their store I'd like for $30, I would purchase that $30
item, with the understanding that I would be using $20 minifigure as partial
payment, and paypal/cash for the rest. BrickLink collects fees on the $30 purchase,
Seller gets a $20 minifigure and $10 cash, I get a $30 item. Everyone is happy.
