| Hi, I´ve been having issues with my local USPS Office. at BLue Lagoon in MIAMI
They said DELIVERED individual picked it up at post office, but is not true,
I dnt live in the USA, I send all my stuff to a freight forward company, they
never go and pick up anything, and if they did they would require an ID
So they responded me and admitted is an issue on their system and they are not
being responsible of changing the status or responding for the missing item
What can I do?

Who is they? The post office? the seller? The freight forwarder?

| It happen twice to me in my Post Office in Illinois.
I was told that person who was scanning mail just
hit the wrong button. Everything was delivered
but the status didn't change until it was delivered
or I asked the buyer if the package was delivered.
I don't remember exactly

How can Miami be your local USPS office if you don't live in the USA? Are
you saying you registered as a US based user even though you are not a resident
with a freight forward as the address? And if so, do you let sellers know this?
As some sellers don't want to ship to third party handlers because of issues
like this and also if there are export issues.

Also, I don't know of any actual frieght Forwarders in Miami. Its usually
OR or DE.
I know that lots of products aggregate there for shipment to South America, my
impression is its by boat. I also sell cosmetics, and 99% of them go to Miami
for export to S.A. but these are done through private parties that ship them
to family members. Perhaps OP is dealing with something semi-sketch like that.

I don't think there's anything in the BL terms about using freight forwarders.
It usually works out just fine.

| And if it doesn’t work out, the seller is actually in better shape to win any
potential claim by the buyer. PayPal isn’t going to side with a buyer using a
freight forwarder if the package says delivered.

One of the rubs in using freight forwarding or consolidation freight companies.
"So they responded me" Who, the company you're using, Blue Lagoon
Post Office in Miami directly, or USPS national service reps?
In other words, who are you in contact with; those you've contracted
or those whom the seller has contracted, USPS?
