Which brown? Reddish brown or the old brown? I know that early 2010s reddish
brown can crumble. Really brittle stuff.

I'm pretty sure if you contact them directly on their website that they will
tell you where you can send the defective bricks for a free replacement.

You will have to specify what bricks failed, the set they came from, number and
type of elements that crumbled. They'll let you know when they respond.

Today I just took down a 10245 and without much disassembly force had a 2x14
reddish brown plate break three times in three places. Really surprised me.
