I X'ed out the sellers name because I had no issue with this order. They
charged me the agreed upon amount only once, and the pieces came fine. I guess
my question is is the email I received from the "admin team" some kind
of scam?

How long ago was that you received your order as the scam might be just in recent
ones if something happened to the store.

Earlier this day same issue concerned a store suspended somewhere in August this
year.

The store I used the in example likely wasn’t the one the buyer was involved
in I just used it as an example
