A buyer has tried to order and pay instant for 10 times in the last 2 hours.

And has now send me the following screenshot


Any ideas on whats happening?

Still we don't know why, but tell him to wait more than a couple hours or
until tomorrow to try again:

For reference, if anybody is looking into this, or will in the future,

(yes some bricklinkemployee you should)

Buyer had the funds, since they have now paid using the paypalwebsite, and our
emailaddress,

On our side we can see every transaction they tried, so its ''comming
thru''

Why would we really love this looked at?
Because every seller can (or is) loosing sales on this, if i was the buyer, and
i would have to try and pay over and over again, i would move on to another website.
