Hello! I hope i found the right forum for my problem:
I had a set in my inventory marked as "Retain" & "Stockroom",
but somehow someone ordered it and paid onsite via paypal.
I would like to cancel that order (already contacted buyer) but, is was running
thru the hole site, i'am sorry, i have not found the right way to send the
money back and cancel the oredr. Can anyone höe me please? best Regards Thomas

Use the refund button on the order page. Then use problem order at the bottom
of most pages to initiate the cancellation.

Found it, but there seems to be a Paypal problem:

Could not process the refund due to PayPal payment processing error. Please try
again later. If the problem continues, please reach out to the Help Desk with
reference # 20231202-754e7b4a01fe.

I sent to the help desk.
Is the system instable?

Found it, but there seems to be a Paypal problem:

Could not process the refund due to PayPal payment processing error. Please try
again later.

1) Carefully check on PayPal website if the refund hasn't been processed,
even if it showed an error. I had this case while it seemed not to work, I just
refunded 3 times the buyer

2) Carefully check you have enough in your PayPal account for the refund; they
may not refund taking from your linked bank account or credit card. Anyway I
noticed problems when not having enough on the PayPal account.
