On a recent order, my buyer reported that there was no instruction on how to
pay for the invoice. I thought there would be a button for payment via paypal
onsite, but the buyer says there isn't.
I checked my copy of the invoice, and it notes: "Payment Instructions - Not
Specified"
This invoice copy looks different than other invoices sent out a week ago.
Is there any possibility that my invoice has been changed? What do I do to ensure
that buyers see a link to pay by paypal onsite, as they could do previously?
remove these 2 payment options and it should prevent future issues. fto fix this
