Hello,

I received an order where a part is 100% not Lego, but was offered as original
Lego with official BrickLink images.

What can I or should I do as a buyer if there is no response from the seller
despite email contact?

With over 1000 reviews, it should be clear that parts with studs without the
Lego logo and clear instructions from BrickLink that the sale of third-party
suppliers is prohibited here on BrickLink.

Best regards Daniel and stay healthy.

When there’s a problem with an order, use the BrickLink messaging system, so
BL can read the conversation.

I’d file an NSS: you ordered some LEGO parts and you didn’t receive them / the
seller didn’t send them.

Wrong, ‘hollow’ studs do have a logo, inside.  It’s ‘open’, ‘blocked open’, and
‘vented’ studs that don’t have a logo

(Also, the pics show a part with ‘plain’ studs.)

Sorry, 'solid' studs, not ‘plain’.

  Wrong ..

You be wrong too!

Certainly ont all hollow studs have a logo inside, like those too deep (like
almost all inverted slopes)

Cheers,

Ole

Nope, those studs aren’t qualified (not described at all), so they are not officially
‘hollow’

I know of at least one part with "plain" studs that doesn't have
a logo

Part No: 3651 Name: Technic, Axle and Pin Connector
*
3651 Technic, Axle and Pin Connector
Parts: Technic, Connector

Of course the OP's part should definitely have a logo

Looks like this is a used parts seller and a non-lego part slipped through. I’m
sure he’s not intentionally trying to scam you out of 5 cents and risk getting
his store shut down. Give the seller a couple of days to respond at least.
