Had a buyer open a NSS against me back in august (i had shipped the order)
The buyer seemed very reasonable (if not a little impatient) and was happy to
wait for the delayed package.
They were messaging me every day to keep me updated that the order haunt arrived
until approx 3 days later when contact stopped. I assume he has now had the delivery
but the NSS is still on my account, is there a way to have this removed as i
have contacted the buyer with no response.
send proof of shipping/refund to the helpdesk (they are currently backlogged
so it may take 1 week+ to get a response) and you should be good to go
Thank you, as the order was £5 I have no proof of postage and no refund has been
sent.

If zero of those, maybe post your (important) conversations with buyer in the
NSS detail?
I guess for $5 or such currency they'll kindly remove it, especially if there's
no problem since (with this specific buyer or others).
Not marked as received or completed, order status is NSS.
No feedback received.
Ill make contact with support, its my only NSS in over 2000 orders received so
hopefully its straight forward. Just getting annoyed with the NSS message every
time I go on my orders page.

I have shipped the order, however, the buyer hasn't said he has received
it, although he hasn't contacted me for a long time. I can only assume it
has been received.
I don't think is counts as an NSS until the buyer completes the process on
their end.

You're right! But then the order won't be purged after 6 months due to
this "problem status", and the seller will have a red banner to stay
eternally - not fun
