Hi,

I made a mistake in shipping cost on an order, now I want to full refund the
buyer and sent a new invoice. Buyer paid by paypal (onsite).

How should I proceed?

You don't need to fully refund the order if you just need to refund part
of the shipping cost. You may navigate to the order page. On the top of that
page there is a link titled "Issue refund". If you follow that link you
may issue a partial refund.

Did you charge too little or too much? If the latter you can do a partial refund.
If the former, I think you should eat the cost.

Charged too little.. simple mistake but yes, I guess I should eat it..
