Looking at the negative feedback it says you asked for payment "Family and
Friends"?
This is against both PayPal TOS and BrickLink TOS
If that's the case, change your terms/ways and ask for a second chance.
BrickLink usually gives a second chance when the seller acknowledges the mistake
and promises to stay in the right track from then on.

Thanks to your suggestion, i have already change my rules but It Is impossible
contact someones, i sent many mails to the help desk but After 10 days my shop
Is always closed..

They are working through the backlog of stores that were suspended for suspicious
activity during the hacking attempt. No doubt your message is in a queue and
they will get back to you at some stage when it is your turn.
