| Since November 8, they closed my store for verification after the page was hacked.
I already sent all the documentation again and it is the day that they have not
yet authorized it.
Does this happen to anyone else?

I think you need to unlock it yourself.
You have a green square for buying and selling, this should mean all is ready
to go.
The lock means you need to unlock it on your own ‘my Bricklink’ or whatever it
is called.

I think you need to unlock it yourself.
You have a green square for buying and selling, this should mean all is ready
to go.
The lock means you need to unlock it on your own ‘my Bricklink’ or whatever it
is called.

Post a screenshot of what is locked. I'm not sure if you are looking in
the correct location.

Today, November 19th. This is the status.. And I sent the documents since November
8th and I don't have any answers from the page 😭
