I often wonder where new sellers are getting their terms from
* PayPal charges fees? I'll charge you PayPal fees.
Some I've come across recently charge way above what paypal charges them.
I was placing an order a couple of days ago. The first two stores I tried ended
up on the least favourites list due to excessive fees (both over £5 on a £50
order), not including postage. Third time I got lucky. I don't mind £1 or
so for handling small orders or even a little more if they are going to need
a box, but do these sellers realise how much excessive fees put buyers off. And
once they go on the least favourite list, it is almost guaranteed to be permanent.

I think they just are used to being buyers, and it doesn't even occur to
them what selling entails.
They copy existing stores and many stores have this provision in their terms.
