I have a repeat buyer that has made over 20 purchase in my store without any
issue. they have over 600 feedback with 0 negative and 0 neutral feedback.
The account still has buyer permissions. Today I received an order from the
same buyer but from a different username created last week with only 3 feedback.
I'm planning on filling the order as usual, but should this raise any red
flags? Is there anything I should do about this?
maybe its a secret gift they are trying to hide from someone
Same name, same address, same paypal account...
but a different bricklink account they may know the person they are buying
for is often on bricklink but never on Paypal and maybe the person ordering is
the one who gets the mail so if the only loophole in the plan is potentially
having the order details seen it could be possible
Maybe when he had to reset his password, something went wrong, and instead of
waiting for the help desk, he just opened a new account?

This may be it. I've heard some people got locked out of their account and
are waiting for the help desk to respond to the issue. Maybe that happened to
them and they didn't want to wait for the help desk any longer.

We've run across the same with repeat buyers over the years. What we’ve done
to-date, is to process the order as normal with an added message acknowledging
the second profile, in an indirect, nonjudgemental manner.
Hello xxxxx,
Noticed your new profile on BL. Are all the details the same (shipping, etc)
as your previously used profile: xxxx?
( If the member's new profile details are conspicuously divergent, substitute
"the same" with "correct" ) You get the drift
Establishing within the order details, the awareness and sometimes acknowledgment
of both profiles. We then sometimes create a member-note, for our own use as
vendor: https://www.bricklink.com/memberNotes.asp
