I was wondering if anyone knows a way to link to the tracking numbers generated
through Paypal shipping, so when I send out the "drive through" notification
it will automatically include the tracking number without my having to type it
in manually each time.

You can copy/paste it into the drive thru message.
Or add the trackingnumber to the field on the orders page and add the macrotag
to your drive thru message.

Add the number to the Tracking Number field for the order. You can add that field
to your Orders Received page, or use the Edit Order function. Than add this macro
to the Thank you, Drive Thru! message template:

double chevrons.

You'll likely need to make something custom to do the API calls required,
or use a type of BrickLink specific SaaS/product that can do this.
