You shouldn’t. How exactly does that happen? Is it a message telling you to
change your password (that should have happened only once since the 8th) or is
it because your password isn’t accepted and you need to reset it?
I'm getting the pop-up about the "incident" every time I come to
the site, with a 'Change Password' option the only way to seemingly dismiss
it, but I found that just closing the dialog with the 'x' is good enough.
I just wished that pop-up would stop showing...

as I’ve already done so in order to get back onto BL after the shutdown.
