I cant for some reason open my new store

I get this error message:

This store is currently closed to the general public. If the seller has authorized
you to buy from this store, enter the store password below.

and


Seller does not support orders shipping to Florida.


what steps should i take to get this open? Have lots of sealed lego ready to
go!
