| You might want to check your listings. You have parts in colors that don't
exist. And if a minifig is missing anything, it's considered incomplete and
can't be sold here.

The $5.95 handling fee noted in your terms might put many buyers off. Did you
mean that this is the shipping cost instead?

| When 99% of your used items are described as "mint condition", you're
basically inviting people to take out their magnifying glasses and request refunds
for an inaccurate description.
