either thru Paypal or your bank. bricklink cant help with getting your money
back but you can file a NSS if the seller never sent you what you ordered

Always start with contacting the seller or if you are already sure it's a
fraud start with the NSS.

I am curious what makes you think the Porsche set you purchased is fraudulent?
Was it not received, believe it is a copy / fake, or something else??

they said they were alerted by bricklink which from what I remember happens when
a seller is closed for selling fake items then bricklink notifies all the buyers
who bought from them about potential issues
